Description - Big Country and Support (Altered Sky, Chris Ashton and special guests TBA)

A night of music in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust. Fully licensed bar and headline performance by Scottish music giants Big Country. This local event is expected to be very popular so please purchase your tickets quickly.

EARLY BIRD OFFER - This offer will be for a set period only and at the discretion of the organiser. Clicking the EARLY BIRD ticket option automatically reduces cost of each ticket by 10% - This will end on 31st December 2016.

Upon entry to the main show you will be issued with a wristband permitting you entry in to the After Show Party within the Function Room, John Browns, Chalmers Street, Clydebank and only a short distance from the Town Hall. During the after show party buffet food and live music will be available as a thank you for supporting this event.

All proceeds will be donated to Teenage Cancer Trust. Teenage Cancer Trust is a registered charity: 1062559 (England & Wales), SCO39757 (Scotland)

Can I bring my children?
Yes - However, any person under the age of 18 years will need to be accompanied by an adult due to licensing laws

What time do the doors open?
Doors will open at 7pm

When will I receive my tickets?
Your tickets will be posted out and received in plenty of time for the event. If you require the tickets for a present please contact the organiser via the contact us online portal

What time do the acts perform?
The organiser is currently arranging the running order but it is anticipated the support acts will start shortly after doors opening

What time will the event finish?
All running times are approx. but an estimated finish time of 10:30pm is anticipated where you can leave and attend the after show party!

Can I attend the after show party?
Yes (18 and overs only) - Upon entry to the concert each guest will be issued with a wristband. This wristband permits you entry into the After Show Party upstairs in John Browns, Chalmers Street, Clydebank. A surprise guest or two may also attend!

Can I buy a ticket on the door?
In is anticipated demand for this event will be high so it is unlikely any tickets will be available to buy on the night

Are tickets transferable?
Yes - If you are unable to attend please feel free to pass your ticket on to a friend or family member.

Are there discounted tickets?
Yes - The organiser is delighted to announce a series of early bird tickets providing a 10% discount off the normal ticket price of £25. This discount is available by clicking on the relevant seating or general admission early bird ticket offer. This odder will end on 31st December 2016

I clicked on the wrong ticket?
Don't worry - Just contact the organiser via the CONTACT US portal and the changes can be made

Do you sell programmes?
No programmes will be sold but the artists are likely to bring their own merchandise for sale on the night

Why is there a shipping fee?
The shipping fee is added to cover postage and package costs and transaction fee issued by PayPal

What if my friends or I are late?
Don't worry - You will be allowed into the concert if you present your ticket at any time on the date of the event

Can I take photos?
Photographs are permitted but the performers have requested no video footage be taken during their performances

Can I bring Alcohol to the venue?
You are not permitted to bring alcohol in to the venue but a licensed bar is situated within. PLEASE NOTE - alcohol can not be taken to the balcony seating but can be purchased and consumed elsewhere prior to returning to your seat. Cafe facilities are also available for hot beverages and light snacks.

Will stewards will present?
Yes - A fully licensed stewarding company will be used for your safety. St Johns Ambulance will also be in attendance. Please note if any illegal activity or disorderly conduct occurs the police may be contacted. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted anywhere within the venue however a designated outdoor smoking area will be made available.

Please remember the venue is within a residential area so please try and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the venue.

How much money will be donated to Teenage Cancer Trust?
This is a great question and one the organiser is keen to confirm. ALL profit will be donated to the charity once the venue and associated companies, printing of tickets and posters etc, artists and stage management are paid. A base level of tickets need to be sold to balance the expenses but once achieved the full ticket amount will thereafter be donated to the chosen charity. The organiser is receiving no fee for organising this event and all persons purchasing tickets will be emailed at the conclusion of the event to confirm the final amount donated.

Are the tickets refundable?
In the event of the night being cancelled a refund will be offered or you may still chose to donate the amount to Teenage Cancer Trust?. However only the ticket price will be refunded - Any postage or booking fee will not be. The agreement with the artiste to perform is subject to proven detention of sickness, accident, riots, strikes, Acts of God or any other legitimate condition beyond the artiste of organisers control. If the event is cancelled the organiser will attempt to notify those purchasing tickets via email.
